Russell Bridge Replacement - This project included the replacement of the single span through-truss carrying S.R. 1012 over Conewango Creek with a two-span (219’-4” overall span) prestressed concrete bulb-tee bridge. The bridge detailing included a sidewalk with a precast concrete overlook at midspan. Portions of the original cut stone abutments were maintained and the architectural surface treatment pattern was specified to match the original stone. The project also included 970’ of approach roadway construction.

Indiana County - This project included the phased total replacement of a deteriorated four span steel girder bridge with inadequate underclearance with a two span continuous fabricated steel girder bridge (230’ total length) with minimal profile grade adjustment. The bridge carries S.R. 1006 (Airport Road) over four lanes of S.R. 0119. The project also included 370’ of approach roadway reconstruction.

Westmoreland County - This project included the phased total replacement of a deteriorated three span steel girder bridge with inadequate underclearance with a two span continuous P/S spread box beam bridge (168’ total length) with minimal profile grade adjustment. The bridge carries four lanes S.R. 0982 over four lanes S.R. 0030 and includes special barrier (formed words of local icons) and pier architectural treatments. The project also includes 2,400’ of approach roadway reconstruction and interchange ramp repairs.
